Comments: Team came out, around lunch time, just an hour or so after I called, did their assessment and gave me a completion date of the next day. It was a very involved issue that I've had on-going and no one had been able to fix it properly. They got the parts and got to work within an hour after discussing my options with me. They had everything done that same day. They stayed and ran a couple of drain tests to make sure there were no issues. They were very nice and explained things to me in a way I could understand. At one point the owner even stopped by to check on the team and make sure it was all going well. These guys are amazing. I asked the owner if they do electrical work and he said they do pretty much everything. I'll definitely use them in the future if needed. I can't say enough good things about them!!Dallas TX

Comments: I told them I had a clogged in bathroom toilet he sent a very nice young man he came in and snake the toilet bowl told me he got no resistance he took a vacuum cleaner looking item on the roof using a ladder without a spotter because his partner didn't show up I now know that the item he took on the roof was meant to clean out kitchen sinks. He he needed a camera he didn't have one he had to go and get one from his dad he told me he was going to charge me a hundred and 50 for today but he charged me a hundred and sixty-two. He said he was going to get a camera and come back that would be another hundred and $97 however he never came back. Now I understand over the phone after I paid his father he said God bless you they appreciated the donation I gave him so that his son could practice being a plumber. However in an attempt to get my toilet unclogged I I have experienced the biggest collection of dishonest people in my life in the plumbing industry I am a single old woman and I'm disabled and I think they see a real good opportunity to take advantage of me. I have spent 600. and none of the plumbers have completed the job. At these guys are the best of the worst. They didn't leave my yard dug up.Grand Prairie TX
