Work Description: Terrible Job
Comments: Really disappointed with our experience. What Juan did was take our money and did not do the job. He just seemed interested in taking all the money upfront and seemed to not know how the book matched tile was supposed to be aligned. they were going to cut the fireplace into the wrong location. When we pointed that out they said they didn’t know how it should be bookmatched and would check with tile manufacturer on Monday, then they said they were going to another job, and just left tile undone in our garage and disappeared. They are unreliable and had follow up. Now he says he is out of the country in Mexico for 3 months if he was leaving he you should have let us know ahead of time and had a backup person to do the job before he took our money for expensive tile and left us high and dry. If we would have known we would not have trusted him with this large costly lesson. Buyer beware.Austin TX

Work Description: Replace two ceramic floor tiles
Comments: Juan and his coworker came right on time and did a wonderful job. Highly recommend him !!Cedar Park TX
Work Description: Removed vinyl flooring in 2 bathrooms and laid tile
Comments: Juan and his Workers did a great job. Their price was most reasonable. They got to my small job quickly and were very easy to work with. When a couple of tiles were found to have small cracks, Juan himself replaced them the next day. I would definitely recommend them to others.Austin TX
Work Description: Ceramic tile replacement
Comments: We had cracked tiles removed and replaced in three separate rooms. We furnished the tiles so all we requested was their labor and expertise. Other than the grout not matching the existing grout in one room the end product was OK. What was disappointing was the following. One worker showed up as scheduled, but seemed to be without instructions or direction. It was obvious he didn't have the proper tools as he was trying to remove the existing tile with a hammer and screw driver. It became clear that I was going to have to dispose of the tile and grout they were removing. Something I wasn't prepared for. We also had to furnish a broom and dust pan for him to pick up as he went. This eventually ruined our plastic dust pan. One of the rooms that the tile was to be replaced was in our guest bathroom. When Juan quoted me the price, he said that the toilet would have to be removed and re-installed which was why the price seemed a little high. When the lone worker got to the bathroom he asked if I was going to remove the toilet. I said no. Juan had indicated during his quote that you were to do that. He asked, "Juan said that" I said yes.Juan eventually showed up with another worker. They both watched the one worker work. Juan left to apparently rent an electric jack hammer for the worker to finish removing the rest of the thin set he couldn't get with his screw driver. Juan then asked if I was going to remove the toilet. I said no. When we discussed this job previously you stated you would remove and re-install. He said OK. He then said I would need to get a new wax ring seal. I reluctantly said OK. I was about to send my wife to Home Depot for one and he said not to worry about it because he had to go there anyway to get the grout and thin set. When Juan returned with those items he dropped them off and said he had another job to check on and left. The lone worker eventually finished. I later realized that they had chipped some porcelain on my bathtub when they placed the toilet in the bathtub during this process. Again, the tile on the floor looks good. But to sum it up, the grout doesn't match in the bathroom (it does match in the other two rooms), my bathtub has a chip in it, I had to dispose of everything they removed, and they left a mess. This job was not performed in a professional manner.
