My name is Jeff Holmes, I am the owner /operator of J&J Carpentry of Sarasota Inc. I have been a carpenter/remodeler in the Sarasota area for the past 25 years. We perform all services ranging from large scale projects such as remodels & additions to handyman services & all home improvement/ repair projects in between. Work Description: Home Remodel
Comments: Terrible experience from a home remodel. Jeff is very, very, very slow and incredibly rude. He could not complete the project on time and kept asking for more money that is not justified by work. Work quality is poor at best and had to be redone multiple times. He wasted materials because of mistakes he made. He could not produce a work schedule or timeline to complete the project. His work skills in tiling, electrical and plumbing are outdated, unsafe, dangerous, and not current. He cannot work on anything new. He is rude and condescending. He also brings in other contractors like electricians and plumbers that have very poor skills and caused more problems to be fixed by other professionals. Do NOT hire for any project.

Work Description: He installed bathrooms, tile floors, painted, and handled minor electrical and plumbing work.
Comments: Jeff is a great man and has done a lot of work for me. He is very reliable.

Comments: I was extremely satisfied with J & J Carpentry of Sarasota. Their work couldn't have been better and they couldn't have been more professional. I couldn't have been happier.-
