The owner came to give me a price of a fence .. which he offer different options and why one was more affordable and the length of the return of the investment made it clear it not go the cheaper route. An other idea he explained was that with the opportunities the city was granting permits for ADU I would be missing out by not adding an additional dwelling unit to rent and get additional income from my home.He has the eye for investment vs expense.
