Comments: Tried for 30-45 min to get fireplace lit and was unsuccessful. Literally just wiped parts off. Then the guy tried to explain our options but was either drunk, or on drugs and couldn’t get it straight. He rambled for 30 minutes and made no sense. He then charged us 109 for trying to fix it. Guess it was for his time? What a horrible experience and way to scam people during this tough time.Cartersville GA
