Comments: I called Integrity with the hopes of salvaging my old garage door to try to save money and just get it back to working order. My ancient door was so beat up and heavy and needed a lot of work, and I’d still be left with the old ugly door in the end. Well, after expressing my concern with Ted, he went over my options in detail and was able to stop the repair work, shift the scope to a door replacement and instead of spending money to repair this year and then replace in a year or two if I was lucky, I was able to save that repair cost! Not something most contractors would do, as he would’ve had both jobs and made that extra money from me, but instead he did his best to keep it in my pocket which I thought was an extinct practice these days. I had been putting off addressing the garage due to cost and not wanting a big project going for a long time. The job was completed with impressive efficiency so much quicker than I expected. I ended up feeling much better about my investment after the thoughtful guidance from Ted and he made me made me much more confident that I was making the right choice. On top of being a joy to work with, his attention to detail and desire to earn a happy client was apparent from the start, and I can say with certainty that it was mission accomplished!
