Work Description: retaining wall
Comments: Large Drainage problem. Tim came out several times, I noticed he was very detailed and had an eye for identifying the drainage problem we wanted fixed. Tim developed a strategy to solve my washed out damn, broken culvert in areas that were broken. He designed a plan and came out and explained this to us and took his time with us. We chose to have Tim do this job as we did get 2 other quotes. My wife and I decided to use Integrity because of the knowledge Tim had in explaining his plan, very detailed and confident that his crew could help us. Those workers worked all day and for 2 weeks drilled out concrete, poured forms, set rebar, and installed rock and boulders to help minimize the rise in water and erosion that eliminated the wash out to begin with. This allowed the water to properly flow and my damn and culvert is no longer caved in, broken or cracked and not washed away. With all the rain lately our damn still stands solid and my culvert no longer an issue. We don’t have to patch that area every few years. Tim came out numerous times, and afterwards to inspect the job. We are overall blessed and it was worth the money my wife and I spent with him. We were impressed overall with his honesty, trusted him and crew to resolve our problem, and they did exactly what he quoted us. My wife and I recommend them and we will have them come back out to design some flowerbeds and add rock in the spring. We are glad that we found their business. We highly recommend their services. My wife and I are 86 and was tired of costly repairs year after year that never worked, but was guaranteed by the past several contractors we used over 16 years of owning our home that failed us. We are thankful that we found Integrity and can now rest with peace of mind that when it rains our drainage issue isn’t an issue any longer and no longer discussed. Comments: Awesome design of my front flower beds with chops tone. Installed a variety of plants, and added all fresh mulch. The crew was on time and stayed all day till after 7 to finish the job. The workers were hard working and did a really good job and cleaned up the trash and area so I didn't have too. I asked them to help me with putting my flag up and it took 40 min to install and the man was kind enough and didn’t even charge. I appreciate the customer service when it’s done right.
