Comments: Steve fixed the problem in 10 or 15 minutes.The only thing is that he arrived in an SUV with no company identification on the vehicle. I asked for ID and he showed me his driver's license but had no business cards. He said they would email a receipt. He was very nice and did a good job.

Work Description: Troubleshooting electrical outage in parts of the house. All 240v circuts were out and some 120v circuts.
Comments: In early AM noticed my heat was out on a very cold day. Posted situation on Networx.com and got a call back in five min. from Indy Voltage. Within two hours they had a tech show up and diagnosed the problem. The problem was complicated and because of replacement parts not being available a total replacement of the breaker panel needed to be done. Work was done within 6 hours and all is back to normal.Pittsboro IN

Work Description: Install electricity from crawl space in home to the fireplace. I want to install and electric fireplace insert.
Comments: The owner came out for the estimate and was amiable and friendly. I felt comfortable with allowing his team to perform the work. We made the appointment, and two men came out. The went into the crawl space. One of them found a radiator in the crawl space and asked me if he could have it, because he said "he could sell it". I gave him the radiator. They started drilling a hole in my fireplace. They stopped and then told me that they needed a longer drill. They promised to come back on that next Monday. No one showed up. We had a storm, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt, thinking they were busy getting people's power back on. I gave them a week and called the owner, and he said that his worker should have called me. I called the person doing the work and he told me he thought the owner had called me. He told me they would come out the following Monday, and once again no one showed up. Every time I call the owner now, I leave a message, but he doesn't return my call. So, I still have to get someone else to finish the job. I sure wish I had kept my radiator. It seems that they are the only ones who gained anything. This is unacceptable behavior. They could have at least called me and told me why they were not finishing the job. Maybe he couldn't find a drill long enough? I'm a very pleasant person, and can't understand why they never came back and never had the common courtesy to return my calls.Indianapolis IN

Work Description: The gentleman made our electiricity work in a room in which the electricity had mysteriously stopped working.
Comments: The gentleman was friendly and informative and seemed quite knowledgeable and adept at his profession. The price seemed high to me, but I never took the trouble to do any price comparisons, so, it may have been the going price for the expertise applied. In any event, he told me the likely price over the phone before he arrived and he charged me precisely that price. In truth, he solved the problem so quickly that I was hoping he'd spontaneously lower the price, but I do not hold it agianst him that he did not. I do recommend Indy Voltage to others.Plainfield IN
