Work Description: complete backyard patio concrete, nothing fancy
Comments: one of the guys onsite was in hurry and rushed the job, used curved 1x4 to make straight lines, came out wavy. had guy come out a few days later to cut edges straight. corner slab cracked, came back a week later to tear out and redo, now showing voids a day after, still waiting for job to complete. already paid full price for 80% work and way longer than expected in time. will update if Steve comes back to finish and show pictures.UPDATE
Update: a week later, i get a NOI from alpha materials inc, subcontractor that Steve Lucus did not pay, even after getting paid in full. Now i have to deal with a lien on my property.
