Comments: I normally do everything on my own and would probably have done so again until I met Gilbert. Gilbert was excellent, professional and very courteous, fully explained the issue and options and then proceeded to show me the estimate on the spot. Gilbert then left to get the parts needed and completed the task quickly and beautifully. I feel ashamed to cover his work. The price is only a 3 because Plumbing is expensive, but for the parts they needed it was not a bad deal especially after seeing the finished job, great work Gilbert. So after not saving money and completing the task on my own, I can say it was more than worth the extra money and I was glad that I could help Gilbert by giving him and Mr.Rooter my business. Businesses like this need to survive during these tough times. Highly recommend and trust me its hard to impress me.
