He asked specific questions to understand the problem and came by in a few hours to see the job.He clearly explained the problem, face timed with a colleague to come up with a solution, quoted a price and set up work for the next day.
The work hasn’t been completed, but with what I’ve seen so far I expect it will go as planned and I will be satisfied.
