Work Description: Garage Door Repair

Comments: Just had the 3 garage door fixed with new remote controls a year ago, the place was vacant, just leased it and the tenants told me one door does not go down, called Imperial since they did the job and I also sent them o numerous other jobs. They told me no more warranty and wanted to charge $59 to come out. I had over 14 companies contact me within minutes with no charge to come out. So I cancelled Imperial
Hi Judy, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Per our discussion earlier, you had said that your garage door is not operating properly and is not closing. The service that we provided a year ago was supplying and programming remotes. We offer a one year warranty on our parts and labor for the services we provide. Unfortunately, the garage door not operating properly does not correlate with the remotes that we programmed on 9/10/23. This is considered a new service altogether and as a company we charge a service call fee for all new repairs such as this and had explained that when scheduling the appointment you canceled. We hope that you find some clarity with this response and are happy to hear that you found another company to help you.
