Work Description: Retaining wall and cedar fence
Comments: Dino and his team did a great job replacing our failing wooden retaining wall and dilapidated fence with a sturdy concrete wall and a beautiful new cedar fence. His bid was very reasonable, and the final product was exactly what we were hoping for.Throughout the project, we made some changes to the original scope, which resulted in additional costs. While the overages were fair, I’ll be more diligent in defining the scope with greater specificity next time to avoid any surprises. That said, I was happy to pay for the extra work, as the end result was high quality and well worth it.
Dino also went above and beyond on a few specific requests, making sure certain details were just right and accommodating any concerns we had along the way. His flexibility and willingness to work with us made the process much smoother.
Overall, Dino and his crew were professional, efficient, and skilled. I would absolutely hire them again and highly recommend their work.

Work Description: Pickleball court resurfacing
Comments: This is an update of a previous review that was posted on right after my court was resurfaced. I apologize for this longer review. But if you are trying to see if you should hire Dino to do work on your court, I strongly advise you read every word I say here. He might very well give you a way better price, but take caution that you might end up needing someone else to redo your court in as little as 3 months.It has been about 3 months since my court was resurfaced by Dino. Since then, we have had very rainy weather and I am noticing that the paint is coming off from all over the court. As a result, the bottoms of our shoes are turning blue, the ball is turning blue, the white lines are turning blue, and the light blue paint in the kitchen areas are all covered by darker blue shoe prints. The sand within the paint is also coming off, making the court slippery. See pictures attached. I tried contacting Dino by texts and by phone. His attitude has for the most part been "I told you so". What he meant by that was he has informed me of ONE dead spot at one corner of my court when he was still working on the court back in August. He did advise me to repair the dead spot because the ball won't bounce properly if I didn't fix it. He went on to demonstrate by bouncing the ball at the corner and I did hear a hollow sound from the ground. He said it would cost several hundreds of dollars to fix it. At that point, my response was I am using my court for recreational purposes only and hence I did not want to spend more money just so that the ball would bounce properly at that one corner. He never once mentioned anything about the paint coming off if I didn't fix that one dead spot, nor did he mention other dead spots on the court. Months went by and with rainy weather that is very typical of the Northwest, I am seeing paint coming off as mentioned above. After getting little cooperation with Dino, I ended up calling Sportmaster, the Paint company. The first thing they asked me was, did Dino check to see if your existing court had a water vapor barrier. I have never heard of that, which also means that Dino never once asked or checked with me. She went on to say that not having a water vapor barrier was probably the reason why paint is coming off. She told me she is aware of who Dino was and further advised me to consult someone who's more experienced if I decide to repair my court. She gave me two other names.
Needless to say, I feel cheated by Dino. Throughout this ordeal, never once was he professional about it. His attitude was extremely poor and never showed any willingness to take any kind of responsibility or to work with me. He was argumentative throughout our conversations. He kept claiming that he told me about it. He now also claimed he's told me about MANY dead spots in the court when he only told me of ONE. See text attached. He claimed that the paint is coming off because I didn't want to spend money to fix the dead spot. That does not make any sense to me nor to anyone I talked to. The dead spot is at one far end of the court and paint is coming off from all over the court, including the far end of the other side of the court.
I have since then advised my PB communities to be aware of Dino. We all deserve professionalism and expertise in people that we hire to do a good job. After all, these things cost a lot and I expect nothing less than good and high quality work. I am extremely disappointed with his work. What I am most upset about Dino is he never initiated that he would sit down and talk to me about how to possibly fix the court at this

Comments: ADL Contracting built a new concrete pad for the hot tub at our home. Dino and his team are fantastic. He provided a clear estimate and kept the project to schedule. We had one very small miscommunication about the purchase of some top soil, but that was minor. The work is top shelf and when a different team came to move the hot tub back in place they even commented on the craftsmanship. I definitely recommend, and we will for sure work with ADL Contracting in the future on other concrete projects.Seattle WA

Comments: Dino and his crew filled in all the cracks in my existing pickleball court and resurfaced and repainted the whole area. He also extended it in all directions which included pouring new cement and building an entire retaining wall. Additionally, he moved a basketball hoop system and lighting system to make room for the extensions which again required pouring new cement and digging up existing wiring.
