Comments: Ideal Design and Painting not only performed exceptional work and service but also served as a knowledge consultant for my needs. Other painting contractors who bid on my job were interested in only bidding price whereas Ideal took the time to learn what was important to me and gave me options on quality of paint and how those options would impact longevity, durability, and lasting aesthetic in the intense Arizona sun. They also gave me design options I hadn’t considered to create contrast between the house and fireplace/BBQ islands. The concrete was in need of repair and refresh. They were the only painting contractor who had the skill for this work which included grinding the concrete and repairing cracks. Ideal also brought a Sherwin Williams rep to our home to consult on the best paint option for our concrete application.Same thing with the roof and the various options for reflectivity and longevity.
The workmanship was excellent and their attention to detail in their prep work was noticeable.
I highly recommend Ideal. I learned that there is more nuance and critical options to consider rather than simply putting color on a surface. We are extremely happy with the results!
