Work Description: Roof Repair - Tile
Comments: Our tile roof was damaged by tree impact during a recent windstorm. Chris and Robert were very responsive, came out the next day and evaluated the damage and made a reasonably priced bid for repairing the damaged tiles. The work was completed in a timely and professional manner. The entire roof was also inspected and several cracked tiles were found and replaced at no extra charge. We also had a highly exposed (high up, difficult to clean) section of gutter replaced including protective debris cover to keep out pine needles. Again, the difficult work was completed professionally and efficiently at a reasonable cost. I appreciate that they are willing to take on relatively small jobs. Highly recommended, we will use them for any future exterior work on our house.Littleton CO

Work Description: Leak from roof needed bathroom vent opening fixed. While they where up on roof they fixed the two air vents that would give me problems later.
Comments: I was having a very hard time finding a roofer that could do a small roof repair. They all wanted to just do the big jobs. ICS ROOFING & RESTORATIONS has the team for small and large jobs. they came out found the area that caused the water leak and fixed two other minor problems that would cause me issue later if not addressed and took pictures of their work for me. Comments: ICS replaced some damaged shingles. They used quality materials and water and ice felt underneath. It was clear the roofer was very experienced. I was offered a deal I could not refuse. The roofer even spray painted my exhause outlets with a brown paint and the aesthetic touch was absolutely perfect. I couldn't believe how great they were.
