Comments: Ryan from Icon came out today to give us ansother opinion on some work done by another plumber and estimate on what thinks needs to be done to fix all our many problems. Ryan was extremely knowledgeable, professional, curious and detailed in everything he did and found. He arrived and was stunned at how F6 Plumbing did the new sewer line from house to street. He explained why it would not pass inspection. He took great care to run his camera through all the lines under house to see where they all went and what the problemWas. We found a water leak and sewer leak under the house but Ryan really took the time to explain everything to where I could understand it all. He spent hours at our house trying to figure put how to remedy the problems and have it done correctly . We had 2 other plumbers Aldo come by and give us their thoughts and estimates. We chose Ryan and Icon. When we saw what the first company did to our sewer line and what the first company said next needed to be done were beside ourselves. We lost all faith until meeting Ryan
