Comments: The customer service provided by Hybrid, is amazing....The serviced my two home air conditioners, and bent over backwards to resolve a problem with one of my AC's...I would hire them for any Air Condi problems or for a Whole House Generator installation.....In fact I just received their proposal for a Generac 22K installation. When I am ready, they will be my choice between four other proposals!!!

Work Description: Installation of a replacement heat pump system.
Comments: Salesman quoted a replacement heat pump system. Did not mention the fine print on the back of the contract about the additional $2295.00 in service charges that would be added in order to keep the "FREE" service warranty, even though I asked him 3 or 4 times if there was any cost involved to have the service warranty. I gave a post dated check for 1/2 the job cost which was supposed to be held for 5 days until the installation date. Promised that it would not be deposited. Within a few hours, I told someone about my "Free" service contract. They suggested that I better recheck the fine print. After looking at that, I emailed the office and cancelled the job. Also asked where I could pick up my check. No response, so I started calling which is when I started getting the heavy sell and the run around. No one knew where my check was . Probably in C's briefcase. Sent another email to cancel as no one would call me back about the check. Next morning, the CEO called me. Promised a lot of things if I would stay with them and continue the job. Told him to put it all in writing and I would consider it. A few minutes later, I got an email that said I agreed to my original deal, but he would give me a free duct cleaning. Total lies. Told him again to cancel the job and let me know where my check was. He would have someone call me. The next day, I called again about the check. Still in C's briefcase, & someone would call me back. No call back so I called later that afternoon again. This time they finally told me that the check had accidentally been deposited on Monday. As soon as it cleared, they would write me a corporate check. So much for holding it, so another lie. Lucky for me, I had been told too many stories the first day and I put a stop payment on the check as I figured they would try to cash it anyway. Very untruthful company. Be wary of the fine print and all the hidden costs.
