He did the work outside pretty well but the painting upstairs was terrible. Some walls looked like they missed spots, the repairs to the drywall upstairs his men did a terrible job. You could see easily where the repairs were made. In the end, he charged $5300 plus materials. When I contacted him requesting a second coat of paint for upstairs, he ignored my texts. I hate that now I have a negative feeling about the job he did. I wanted to use him again, but will not now. If you use him, I advise getting everything in writing and do not release funds until you have thoroughly inspected the job in good lighting. We had very little light upstairs so I didn't realize the work was not done right because the downstairs painting looked good.Capitol Heights MD

Work Description: A half drywall sheet in the ceiling had to be replaced and painted due to me accidentally stepping over it with full weight. One of the light sockets (off the ceiling) was hanging loose and had to be enforced against a joist.
Comments: There was a bit of miscommunication when Humberto came on site. I was under the impression that they were part of other contractors already working outside my house. For this reason the price was not discussed at all until mid-day point when he asked for 50%.Overall, I think I am satisfied considering he did an excellent job making the drywall very similar to how it used to be before the damage.
There is absolutely no question about the quality of work. Humberto was very professional and knowledgeable about the work. It's just the price that I think I may have ended up getting over-charged a bit considering it was not discussed and agreed upon prior to work commencement.
