Comments: My system was down and Howell Chase came out and made a repair on site. I called in and asked about replacing my system and Matthew came out. Matthew explained 4 different options and answered all my questions, I chose to replace my system without any hesitation and financed it with no interest!! The install was scheduled and the crew came out, covered all my floors, installed the new system and explained everything in detail on how it operates and how to work the thermostat. I would have them come out and evaluate your system before making a decision with any other company!!!

Usually around this time of year, you would expect to have to wait at least 4-5 days to get someone out to fix it & these guys were out the same day! Howell Chase Heating and Air is hands down the GREATEST ac company I have ever seen or heard of. The person that came out was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to me so that I would understand! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK GUYS & I WILL DEFINETELY BE TELLING OTHERS ABOUT MY AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!!!

Comments: Office staff was pleasant and the Technician arrived right when he was scheduled. He performed some testing and found that it was a very minor issue. He explained to me the issue and explained any charges up front so there would be no surprises. Once I approved, he was able to repair it quickly and I was able to keep my dinner reservation. Big thanks to Howell Chase for being reliable when I needed them.
