Description: My wife and I are a one-man handyman service company. We provide a service for the small jobs that no one else wants to do. We can repair/replace garbage disposals, leaking faucets (kitchen and bath), toilets; install ceiling fans and light fixtures, repair closet doors, install new door locks/deadbolts, clean dryer vents, power wash driveways/walkways. We can handle most any minor home repairs at reasonable prices. We are reliable, responsible, and dependable.

Work Description: Install motion detector light on carport
Comments: Howard came out on a Saturday, listened while I explained what I wanted, went to Lowes and bought the light, and installed it quickly. He was even able to diagnose a problem with a light on the other side of the carport without looking at it so I will now be able to tell the management company that, after 7 years of them telling me it can't be fixed, it really can. My Dad usually helps me with repairs around my condo, but he lives 3.5 hours away so we usually have to plan for months to fix things around a time that he is here, now I can just call Howard and know I'll get work that my Dad will approve of!Port Richey FL

Comments: The job turned out to be more difficult as window was glued in and not the normal putty job, but Howard was able to get window out with a little more effort. Window looks great and I will use him in the future for other jobs.New Port Richey FL
