Work Description: Major Renovation - Multiple Rooms
Comments: This is a tough review to write since the owners do a very good job of planning, helpig with design and communication. The issues are a result of some of their team at site level. There were several important mistakes made that should have never happened during the entire project. Most of these were pointed out by me because I had the luxury to monitor the project daily. The owners did correct the mistakes but they should not have happened to begin with. In the end, my bathroom turned out beautiful but I would not allow two individuals back to my house. I would be very torn to use CRC on future projects. Be prepared to babysit and it would help to have some minor construction background.Houston TX
