Comments: Outstanding response time. Paul called and arranged to come out in a couple of hours. Looked at problem and had John up on my roof repairing missing and damaged shingles. In less than 4 hours from initial contact, my repair was done. I never expected that kind of response or service. His price was very reasonable. I can definitely recommend Horizon Builders.Barto PA
