Comments: From the guy calling to set up the appointment, to the individual who came to help us with our slow drain, TOP NOTCH.This guy came in and saw feces everywhere... I mean, walls, floors, there was even feces on my golf bag that I last used six years ago... He just looked around and said, "alright, I know what needs doing." and he did it. In like 20 minutes. Comments: I placed a request on Tuesday evening. I received a scheduling call from Kelly at Hooper before 07:30 am Wednesday. Kurt(plumber) was here by 9:00 am Wednesday. He fixed the immediate leak problem but found two faucets had begun leaking also. We were going to purchase two new faucets until Kurt suggested we contact Kohler to determine if the 15 yr old faucets were covered under Kohler's life time warranty. I called Kohler and they sent me replacement faucets at no charge. This saved us at least $160. Great service and advice. I have not seen an invoice yet so I cannot comment on price.
