Work Description: Bonnie and Noel "Mustang Sally" showed up promptly on time and had their own cleaning supplies. They were very professional, fast, organized, courteous, meticulous, etc. I am sure they clean much larger more impressive homes than mine but they treated me with much respect.

Comments: YES - I will most definitely use them again. They paid attention to details and explained everything they did, i.e., not allowed to clean TV screens.

Work Description: House cleaning once a week....

Comments: It took a little while to get the right crew in for cleaning, The owner never made a visit to my home as stated she would. The last crew I had did an excellent job but for some reason are no longer working for the company. I gave them 4 stars, There was with being on time in the beginning, but once I got the right crew in everything seemed to go well.. A company is only as good as their cleaners are... Would I use again? Yes, If I got the same crew back.
We believe that customer satisfaction and quality are important to any business especially ours. If we know of any concerns or problems we address them promptly, correct and then apply them to future cleanings. We have been in the cleaning business for over 10 years and would not have been able to achieve this many years of service with the years 2005-2010 being voted as 'Best of the Best' without excellent customer service and quality cleanings. It is unfortunate that the cleaning crew this customer liked had to be terminated. However, the decision to terminate these two employees was in the best interest of the company. An offer was made to the customer for different crews including the owner to attend all future cleanings and for the next cleaning to be for free. Customer refused.

Comments: I really enjoy them coming to clean for me, they are very thorough and dependable and if I was displeased with anything at all she corrected it. I would highly recommend them.
