Comments: Great company and great people! We had this company install a free Smart Nest Thermostat in our house. They also replaced our old filter and put new Freon. All for free. To conserve energy, DWP has a free A/C upgrade program of old A/C systems. They change them to the smart NEST system which conserves energy and also allows people to control the A/C from their phone. DWP hires independent contractors to install the system. Our installers were referred to us by our friends and we would highly recommend them. They were very courteous, fast, efficient and proficient. They quickly solved other A/C issues that we had and did a wonderful job. Highly recommended!La Jolla CA

Comments: I had greg come over to diagnose a roof mount unit that isn't cooling. After scheduling 6 companies they are the only ones that came out within a reasonable time frame giving that they are very busy at this current heat stroke.I am a contractor with my own business but that trade I do not perform but I know enough about the system to make sure if the module or compressor are intact.
Greg Is By far the most honest rep' I've met and seems on point without any unnecessary upselling.
Just a great person to deal with.

Comments: Great job during initial consultation from Matt. He is extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He educated me about all the options available in terms of equipment, ducts , code and how they would perform the job. He also gave me instant bid on asbestos removal and how it is important to do the job right for him. He really came across as an honest man which gave me confidence to work with comfy.Starting from scheduling , financing , going through all aspects of project Matt was always there. The crew did fantastic job and were very quick. They finished the whole job almost in a day and spill couple of hours the day after.
I would deduct half a star only coz they never followed up after the job was done. But I have no other complaints:) Happy customer :)
