Comments: Excellent work in far less time than I expected. Leo offered detailed explanations in response to many, many questions. They restructured 4 junipers and removed branches over the roof, opened up a mulberry canopy, trimmed pepper tree and a bottlebrush tree, cut out dead wood in citrus tree and removed another dead citrus trunk, removed earlier fallen branches. The cleanup was excellent! And everyone was patient and accommodating as I requested a little more removed from the roof areas. Very pleasant working with Leo Aquilar and his Redlands crew.Rialto CA

Weed removal: this was not originally in the scope of work negotiated so it was almost like an "add-on" on the day of the job. Sort of high-pressure sale tactic to accept "today" or it will be more expensive later. I agreed to have work done.
I checked the work only where I could walk. There were at least weed clumps with roots that were not removed and a couple of tree roots.
Martin said that was not part of the price, but I told him I was paying him in full today. He told the guys to come remove them right away. Okay, fine.
They only cut the weed and dug out some weed clumps on the hillside, but not all the weed clumps on the slope because I watched them, but not the whole time they were working. I did not see anyone rake or clear the slope of the weed cuttings. And apparently, that was not part of the job. No mention of it and no one did it.
A couple weeks later, my husband is on the slope and discovered 10 weed clumps and a tree trunk not removed.
We were slightly disappointed so I called Martin. He did not answer the phone. I sent him a text message. His daughter calls back and said Martin will see us on Saturday. Martin showed up on Saturday (9/19/2020) and saw where there were weeds growing but he said he will not walk on the slope. My husband walked the slope and took pictures for him. There were at least 10 weed clumps and one tree trunk. Martin said the tree trunk is on the slope and the machine cannot go up there so that will not be removed by his guys. Martin said someone will be back on Wednesday. We agreed.
Since Wednesday (9/23/2020), I've been texting and calling Carlos, Martin and Mariel. No one other than Mariel has responded to my text messages. When I called Carlos, he said he will call Martin. Mariel also said she will call Martin. The reason no one showed up on Wednesday was because they were double booked. And he continues to be "busy" and "booked". This is not acceptable.
This would have been a good review of the work, but the business management and practices need improvement. This is the wrong way to treat customers.
