Work Description: Drainage system
Comments: I hired this business to install a drainage system around our house. Josh appeared competent and drew up a plan of what it is going to look like, but after he started the job, it became very obvious that he is not as competent as he appeared to be. His plan was to keep plastic tubing attached to the gutter downspouts above ground, which would have been impractical since we wanted to out the walkways around the house. He said the job will be done in 2 days, but worked only 3 hours the first day, at which point we decided to ask him to stop his work for a number of reasons. He damaged our internet fiber and we lost internet. I had to call AT&T to have it fixed (at my expense). He also brought what appeared to be used supplies after I paid half of his estimate upfront and when I asked for receipts, he could not provide any. I had to stop the project and asked him to take his equipment away (3 days ago), his excavator is still in our backyard, and no update on when he is going to come and get it. He tried to ask for additional $200 just to call things even after all of that. Please stay away from this contractor if you want to avoid damage to your yard. The whole thing was a waste of money, time and nothing but frustration. Now I have to hire another contractor to fix this mess.-
