Comments: Fred and his crew are universally wonderful. I just want to get that out of the way upfront, in case people are put off by such a long review and do not want to read everything. In short, that’s all you need to know.That said, the truth is finding Fred and being able to have him and his guys work on our house (multiple different, unrelated projects at this stage) has made us feel incredibly lucky. My wife and I previously had a different contractor work on our home, and it was a sub-par experience. With Fred, everything is different and as exactly as it should be; awesome communication and professionalism at all stages, a helpful, knowledgeable and truly consultative approach to all issues and of course, excellent and detailed work.
This latest project started because of a flooded basement (resulting in part from previously improperly done work by the different crew, as well as just old outdated plumbing). From the jump, Fred came out immediately to assess the damage and outline how he would help us fix everything, including providing comprehensive options (band-aid solution, hybrid approach, full demo / replumb the home). We decided to go with the comprehensive option, and Fred outlined everything clearly and accurately. He provided an accurate timeline, budget, and was always available to chat through things as the work progressed. He takes total ownership and responsibility for all work, and is appropriately hands on. Additionally, his crew are professional and do great work as well. Importantly, he seems to have a really good relationship with all his guys, which from personal experience, is an incredibly important part of construction management and contracting.
Overall, my wife and I could not recommend more strongly. We feel truly fortunate and relieved to have found him, and know we have a contractor for life. We know he will provide the best value possible, reasonable pricing, good work, timeliness and responsiveness, and a caring and honest approach. He treats us like family, and I could not recommend him more strongly.

Comments: I found Hilton Services Group as a referral from a friend. They did an excellent job replacing the siding on his house. I spoke with Fred and told him about the projects we’re willing to do in our house. Starting from the kitchen. Fred gave us differents samples to choose from. Comments: Fred, Dave and Gabriel were fantastic. They helped my husband and I add a new garage and kitchen/bathroom to our home. They provided engineers, architects and designers. They submitted all permits and left us with a fantastic area to move my mother in. We will most definitely call them in the future-
