Comments: At first Carlos seem nice but we made a mistake of paying him before the job was finished. His men didn't lay the tiles correctly and made all the corners really unaligned so I called him and he came out and looked at it and promised to get it fixed. But they showed up and said we can't do it today so we will do it tomorrow. They promised that it will be today. But because he already got his paycheck he didn't feel the need to comeback. He just never showed up. I guess that's just how they do their business. He also told me to look for someone else to finish the bathroom job. just like that he thought he was being graceful for letting himself go from a job. Do not hire these childrenRound Rock TX

Comments: Carlos and his crew are the most un reliable people. Their tile job was done in such a second thought manner that I made Carlos come back and look at it. He looked at it and was very apologetic so he said he will be back tomorrow with his men to fix it. They didn’t show up they showed up next week Monday, I was understanding till that point but then they said they will come back the next day to fix it instead of they they showed up. The fact that it was open for discussion was unprofessional when they already messed up the tile and this was a fix it work day. Here we are up another day. They forgot the materials for the fixes and didn’t finish the job. Here we are still with unfinished job. Don’t hire these type of peopleRound Rock TX

Comments: The best part was the team of installers, they were professional, helpful and quick! They were Rock Stars and I would highly recommend given that and the quality of work.
