Work Description: Replace lighting fixtures with LED.
Comments: The owner of this company is not a nice man. He came over to give us an estimate for LED light fixtures and various other items. We agreed on a price and then the next day a completely different person shows up. He was completely clueless. He had no idea what he was supposed to do. In addition, he showed up with only a ladder.When we told him that he was supposed to change the lights. He said that he did not have them and that he would have to order all the parts.
Keep in mind that the owner is charging us $75 an hour as well as the cost to show up.
When the owner comes to give an estimate don't you think his employees should know what they're doing before they arrive? Shouldn't they bring materials with them?
In this case the owner went so far as to insult my mother, saying that she is an upset person and that he does not want to proceed with the job anymore.
Very unprofessional and rude. He will overcharge you and defend his employees even if that means embarrassing and insulting his customers. He refuses to answer our calls - we would love to hear an apology from you Henry.
Again extremely unprofessional I'm very surprised to see that you have 5 stars. Based on our experience today I would give you a 0 for service and a 0 for courtesy
