Work Description: Oil spill
Comments: For 13 years we have tolerated late deliveries, having to call multiple times to get oil. However, the last straw was the fill we had this week. Had to call four times to get service, technician finally arrived at 11:30;PM. He over-filled the tanks, creating a large oil spill in our basement, and 10-15 gallons of wasted heating oil. Now we are paying yet another bill for clean up. Completely unsatisfactory service.-
