Work Description: Flat Roof Replacement
Comments: $15,000 flat roof replacement job. Leaked so bad after 9 months, the ceiling fell down in a bedroom. This was a summer rental and the tenants could not use the bedroom. We complained about the quality of the roof job but "Mel" told us they were not replacing the roof unless it leaked. Well it did and they have not contacted us to replace it or fix the fallen ceiling. No one answers the phone in the office and you have to e-mail Hiz Lady Talisa Andrewz to get any response. She tells you she contacted the management and asks for a contact number but no one ever calls back. If the salesman, Michael, ever approaches you for a roof job, run the other way. He threatened us to get his final payment even though we said there were problems with the roof job. We paid for angled foam to give a slight pitch to the roof and the workers overtightened the screws and washers and made cup holders all over the flat roof. There were problems all along with the job and if we hadn't been there to watch, we would have gotten an even worse job. Just be careful because our last $5,000 payment went to a company called All Experienced, LLC. Haus did not respond to the Better Business Bureau and we filed a complaint with the Attorney General's Office in New Jersey. We are waiting for their response before we hire a lawyer and sue them. Comments: Con Artist’s! They told me that I needed a roof replacement and I did not. Little did they know that my husband is a contractor but recently became disabled so he was not able to take care of the roof. They tried to scam me. Beware they will do this to you too. After they came to repair my roof it started leaking and damaged my home. When I called them to let them know they kept telling me they would come to fix it and never showed up. Then they just ignored my calls all together. They told me I had a warranty which they never honored. They were very responsive when they wanted me to hire them but once I did and I had an issue they completely ignored me. I will be taking legal action against them.Matawan NJ
