Work Description: Repair a broken pipe that was located at my car port behind a large external water filter.
Comments: I was promised arrival times of 2pm and they did not show up until 7pm.The first time they came they did not make sure I had water to my house. They said it was too cold to unthaw the line.When the weather got better, I found another break that was not fixed. They came back again and repaired the break that was not fixed originally. Then the next day I saw that the same pipe was leaking. It turns out they did not sodder the joint that was done the second time correctly. Last year I had problems with the same pipe and I had used another plumber. I never had any problems last year with the other plumber like I did with this one. I will never use this plumber again.Arlington TX
