However, many times the contractors we recommend eventually stop delivering the top notch service we've been expecting. This isn't true of Michael Hane. The most recent referral I gave to Michael was for a client's master bathroom, a complete redo. Not only did Michael do a fantastic job but my client keeps calling me to tell me how happy she is with the work Michael did and how much she loves her new bathroom. Comments: Our first experience with Michael was a few years ago when he completely remodeled our kitchen, placed new flooring and windows throughout the house, plus a few other items. He was such a pleasure to work with that we recently asked him to remodel our spare bathroom. Throughout all projects he carefully listened to our ideas and requests, was accessible and easy to work with and made sure we were completely satisfied. The attention to neatness and minimal mess during the renovations was appreciated. Our home is beautiful and we receive many compliments. Michael was the general contractor for the job and was outstanding in every way. He always showed up when he said he would and if he was held up elsewhere would call. He listened to my concerns and was very responsive and timely with addressing any issues. The job site was kept extremely neat, clean and safe and great care was taken with my furniture and belongings. His supervision of the additional sub- contractors which were needed was excellent.
