Comments: It was done by Alex Chio but now he won't send me my invoice that I need for reimbursement. I have been trying to reach him for a week but no response. I don't believe he is licensed and lied about having his own company! Beware of fast talking and pictures of their work. Do not use them because you will not get paperwork. He did a good job but final paperwork needed now he is ghost. This is not good for business. I have reached out to you for assistance! Still waiting!Fort Washington MD
