Comments: Our 1920 turreted house was in need of a power wash and a complete paint-over. Chris was chosen for the job both for his reputation and cost. On both counts, our confidence was well-placed. This was a big job. We chose a new color which Chris obtained at a very good price. While I wanted him to start earlier, Chris refused, insisting that he could only guarantee an excellent job when he had dry weather. I was not convinced, but I was so glad that his better sense prevailed. Chris has a special technique he uses which combines power washing, wood repair, and painting which produces a result that is nothing short of perfection. He is someone who takes pride in his end product, and it works.
