Work Description: Fix furnace that was blowing cold air instead of hot.
Comments: Trever Skeels came (finally) to fix our furnace almost 2 weeks ago. Yes, we also got the No Show/No Phone Calls. So he said he fixed or cleaned something, not sure if he really did anything because later we noticed being very cold. Called him and he said he could come 'the day after tomorrow' at 2:00. Again No Show/No Phone call. How RUDE for one thing for a man, and then to be like that for his own business! Well, he never called or came, wouldn't answer the phone. I had to leave a message asking him to please return our $40. We called Bear Heating and paid them $90 to fix it and it works. Being we live on SS, we can't afford to pay $40 for nothing! No one should have to pay that.I am in the process of reporting him to BBB. And I'd like to know >why he won't give people a receipt? He had come one other time and we asked for a receipt, he went to his truck to get one and proceeded to take off .
Called asking for it, said he'd bring it, of course, he didn't.
