Comments: We highly recommend Scott Mount from Hacienda Construction. Scott has preformed huge renovations on two of our residence. Complete reconstruction from taking out walls, heating and air, ducting, insulation, plumbing, electrical the list goes on. He has renovated two kitchens multiple bathrooms, bedrooms, tile flooring. Work Description: Complete remodel of entire inside of home
Comments: I can highly recommend my General Contractor Scott Mount. Scott recently ended up doing the total, complete remodel of my entire home interior, including taking out walls, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, replacing all windows and doors, HVAC/furnace/ducting, insulation, incl all living spaces. In the beginning, I considered 4 Estimates from different reputable, recommended Contractors. He was the most comprehensive, professional, and cost competitive. He works with capable, skilled, polite, quality, respectful, timely subs that he's known for years. Scott manages the entire process according to the schedule and costs, incl City permitting and Inspections. He was on-time, clean, respectful, and knowledgeable of every aspect of this project. He will keep you informed regularly of project progress, concerns, and possible options. He has an excellent eye for details and possible (better) options based on his years of high quality, and diversified experience. Scott is easy to talk to and is always responsive. Most of all, as the project went on, I trusted him completely. He's a man of his word, honest, and high integrity. He stands behind his work ! He's well connected and respected within the construction community of Gnrl Contractors. There was no aspect of my job that he wasn't comfortable with. The job was finished on-time and within budget. Comments: Scott Mount from Hacienda Construction is wonderful to work with. He enlarged and completely remodeled our kitchen over 10 years ago and we still love it. He also remodeled our 3 outdated bathrooms about 2 years ago and they are so much more functional and look so much better. Scott is very conscientious and pays attention to details. He’s very committed to keeping to the schedule. Our house is over 60 years old so sometimes unexpected issues can come up. I appreciate that Scott has always come up with creative ways to deal with these challenges and move forward with the project.
