Work Description: Install separate circuit for microwave; install ceiling fan; replace (2) bathroom exhaust fan motors, along with new grills; repair/replace (2) electrical outlets.
Comments: Arrived nearly 1 hour later than scheduled(did call to say would be a "few: minutes late). Upfront, owner said he didn't do drywall repair. I expected 1-2 holes. However, 8 holes in ceilings and walls. Most egregious--a recessed light fixture was removed to be replaced by a ceiling fan. Instead of installing the fan in the existing hole, a new hole was drilled. That left a gaping hole in the ceiling. Wish I could attach photos to this review. The grills for the exhaust fans are ill fitting. Large gaps between the grills and ceiling. A one year guarantee was offered. I would be hesitant should the need arise. This harsh review is written with reluctance. The owner and assistant were genuinely nice people.They were extremely polite and quite knowledgeable. My chief concern is the methodology. I was quite taken aback by the 8 holes.
