Work Description: Painting and flooring for 2 condos in South Burlington
Comments: Hired Sevin Gulfield to paint and replace flooring in 2 condos. He gave a 3 week best effort quote. We paid 100% for materials up front which included flooring. Sevin Bounced 2 checks to Flooring Solutions Vermont. We ended up paying for half the flooring twice. After 9 weeks and ample opportunities to correct his work we terminated his contract. All works had to be completely redone due to how bad his work was. Not to mention we incurred HOA fines which he promised to repay due to improper debris storage - He never did pay for the fines either.Burlington VT
