Comments: This contractor made a huge miss in my living room and garage. There is still construction material left in my garage. When I filled my first complaint about the terrible work performed, to this very day today no one has contacted me or came to my house to see the terrible work performed or make a commitent to fix everything. Work Description: Drywall Installation
Comments: The contractor was unable to complete part of the job claiming he was unable to obtain the right texture tool to finish the work. Now I have to hire another contractor at additional expense to fix what was left unfinished. This company made a huge mess in my garage and left it for me to clean up, including scrap lumber, pieces of drywall, joint compound dropped and stuck to the floor, a thick layer of dust, etc.. When the contractor cut out a portion of my living room ceiling and patched in a new piece of drywall, nothing was covered for protection. As such, my 60 year old wife spent considerable time on her knees scraping joint compound off of and out of the cracks in the pieces of our parquet floors. The ceiling drywall in my garage was replaced and the finish work poor at best. The contractor even pressed us to provide final payment before the work was finished. I have never experienced such poor performance. The contractor's mother even yelled at me for having to haul debris away in her car until her son told her it was part of the contract! This was a terrible experience for me and my wife and we still don't have our ceiling fixed.Orange Park FL

Comments: If you value your property or a good job, don't use these people. His Christian Testimony is a lie as far as I am concerned. They spent 2 months on my bathroom, and achieved nothing. He kept making excuses on why his guys were screwing up the job. Every time he sent someone to fix something, they only made it worse. It has been 2 months and I still don't have a working shower. Comments: I can be honest I had a horrible time trying to find the right contractor I can feel comfortable to take care of my flood and hurricane damage to my house I really didn't trust nobody and Mr Williams made my life much easier by coming in and give me the honest truth or what it will take to do the job a made comfortable by saying we are not perfect but strive for perfection and he also said more but that what stood out to me that he will do the job and any correction or concerns I may have he would answer them all .. He his crew was awesome and his crew they demolition 2,500 square feet of damage drywall 5 feet up my walls and Installion and the brought in a mold remediation service to treat house for mold and then replace all drywall with a smooth finish, It was also some ceiling damage in 3 rooms and some electric work they fix the ceiling issue and also required electric problems by electricians and inspection was passed. They also put all my baseboard and crown molding in did all my flooring 15,000 square feet in vynel wood planks... They also painted interior of my 5 bedroom home... And after seeing them with excellence in doing the other projects I ask them to do some siding repairs with T1 11 and stucco that had got damage due to storm... I am very please and happy that me and my family can go back to living again this Guys was a God gift from heaven... Comments: The workers that came out and fixated everything for me in my house was very manerable and professional. These guys worked beyond measures to complete every aspect of my home that needed remodeling. For starters these guys scraped down all the popcorn off a 1500sq ft ceiling and applied the knock down ceiling. They demolished the dry wall up to four feet in my living room and replaced it with new dry wall and painted every wall in my living room area. In my bathroom they replaced molded tile from my bath tub and floor and replaced all of those as well. The master bedroom tub was taken out and replaced with an walk in shower and it was all done in a reasonable amount of time as well as with an reasonable price. I would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone. They are the best and are more knowledgeable and much reasonable than any general contractor that has ever came out to my home. Comments: Mr Williams, the owner, was very professional. He installed my unit several years ago so when he came out he gave me a discount on the service call. He was on time and always called me . My unit was completely out of freon. He spent several hours trying to locate where the leak was coming from. He talked to me and showed me each process he went through. I appreciated that he included me with what was going on with MY unit. That is rare in today's society. At one point we had to wait awhile to evacuate the system so it gave us a chance to talk on a person to person level, not contractor to customer level. He really cares about his customers. He could not locate where the leak came from and believe me, he tried. He charged my unit and he gave me a very good deal on this service call. He also gave me a warranty on the job. Comments: Greater Is He is a joke. Beware! The owner, Brian Williams is very inexperience and unprofessional. The gentleman that painted was very good. However, Brian did not pay the employee timely and the employee became disgruntle; they were arguing in my home. I was praying that they don't start fighting because it was very heated. Brian did not ensure project timelines were met. The employee did not show up on an agreed appointment which Brian was willing compensate me. I hired them for another job and the employee again did not show up on an agreed appointment which caused a scheduling conflict for my other projects. Therefore, they were fired and I requested a refund of the deposit. I was told to dispute the payment with my credit card company which he would not fight. I could not understand why he could not reverse the transaction. First I was told that the transaction could not be reverse so I asked him to write me a check then Brian said he was out of town. We've been back and forth with some unpleasant text messages. He texted me back and said that he does not like to work with Blacks "because they try to find everything wrong but want to go cheap but want rich quality work". For every quote given he said it was negotiable; not that I wanted cheap but rich quality. I feel as though he needed the down payment to pay his disgruntle employee. After all that I went through as a customer, Brian accused me of going behind his back trying to hire his employee. This is unethical. The nerve of this guy to insult my morals and values. Comments: Sadly they rescheduled the first day agreed to do the work and continued to on multiple occasions at the last minute. They would not agree to arrive early, like by 7-8 am and made endless excuses while they were late; which included one that they were delayed one day (a week after they were to complete the work) by more than 3 hours to get other workers to another job site. They workers did not have all the proper and necessary tools, equipment or all required materials, in fact, we had to make a run to a store and purchase items while they were there at our home. Golly, if you are going to claim to be professional, one would think they would always have the necessary tools with them for the specific tasks. The owner made endless excuses and turned the entire situation into a drama. Incapable of listening to the customer. Although the owner loved to talk about being a Christian; I do not agree that it is professional to use this argument with your customer. The owner copied us in on text messages with bogus telephone numbers of alleged employee's who were to come complete the work, only to our dismay no one came and then the owner insisted, for the umpteenth time, to come to our home at 6:30 in the evening. We said no, three nights of that was more than enough. Argumentative, even when we were annoyed, the owner is incapable of actively listening to our wants. Not be repetitive, it is important to us to warn any potential clients. The mess left was horrendous and was told if clean up was to be done, the price would have been higher. Get that, they did not tell us before we agreed that they would not clean up, yet after the fact it would have been an additional cost! The work is substandard and we have to find another company to finish the work. We are saddened to write this, as we surely thought Brian was legit. Perhaps a little bit, but it is evident that the people he claims to be his employee's are not, they are contracted job for job. With all of that being said, please know we did not intend to assassinate another's character, this is a business, thus is why we found it necessary to speak as candidly as we did.
