Comments: One of my 3 Units failed and I called a regular guy who earlier worked for me. He fixed the issue and informed me that the airhandler inside the house is leaking coil and needs the entire airhandler unit to be replaced. He also gave a price for the same, which was very high.I chose GRC HVAC from your list. They had update communication with me and Technician HORACIO was on time (not even a minute late) on my property. He checked the evaporator coil and outside unit. Cleaned the coil and checked the cooling time and found that there is no need for changing the handler. He told me to call GRC if there is any issue. Till now now issues. Honest, punctual, knowledgeable, technician. I'll call them for my future needs. For the time being I did not spend more than 3K.

Disappointed, he seemed very knowledgeable and nice. I gave two stars only because we have not heard back from him, I wanted his license # (not on his card) said he had it in his truck) and would be on his quote.
