Comments: after getting the run around with our installing a/c company that replaced system 5 years ago, receiving $2.2k in invoices and no straight answers with an 89 yr old mother with heart failure not having any cool air, I called these people and they responded immediately after understanding the situation. within minutes of visiting they diagnosed what should have been obvious on the 2 previous visits from the originating contractor and refused to take a penny once they understood what we had gone thru in a heat wave. They put together a proposal at once for the replacement needed for parts of the system. they were prompt, skilled and kind. They kept to their estimates. They were efficient. They diagnosed the problem and offered the most reasonable solution without trying to 'up sell". Howard was especially good at finding the problem's cause and then fixing it. Anthony in the office made sure everything was ordered on time so there would be no delays and all appointments were kept and on time. This is a very professionally run company.
