Work Description: Had staircase replaced by Chuck from GMC Construction. Job included ripping out skirt boards, existing steps and bannister. Replaced with new wood steps, bannister and landing including stain and finish coat.
Comments: GMC Construction responded promptly to the request for quote. Their craftsman, Chuck, performed the estimate, design and the work. The design and work were excellent. To solve a clearance problem Chuck designed a removable bannister system. This was an unexpected plus. The work began when promised and was completed on time. We are very satisfied with the experience and work. We asked for an additional quote on flooring work at the end of the job.Canton OH
