Comments: August 22, 2024 I really hate leaving a bad review. The did a good job, except they didn't finish. It only entailed 5 bags of mulch and about 20 minutes to put it down. They have been putting me off for five days, saying they'd come in the morning....no show, they'd come in the afternoon so that was going on for five days now. I've called and left messages, they return calls with empty promises. They do not text only phone calls which should have told me something was up. And foolish me I paid them the full amount thinking they would come back.Palm Harbor FL

Comments: I HATE leaving bad reviews. We had Green Masters out last week to lay sod (Thursday, it's Monday). The day after they left, I noticed the grass was brown and seemingly dead. I've watered it every day, 4 times a day thinking maybe it would come back (me knowing nothing about sod), but it's stayed this way, so I call them. No answer. Call again. No answer. I texted them, and they respond "need water." I'm sorry, but this sod was laid dead it is not going to die after 1 day even if I hadn't watered it. I would not recommend them to do any work for you. Not only did they lay dead sod, they offer 0 help, and after they are paid forget about it the communication is over.Clearwater FL

Comments: Hired or rather agreed on Green Masters of Tampa Bay taking care of the job but he never arrived as scheduled. Though I understand that the rains backed him up considerably, I would have appreciated a re-schedule rather than just be dropped and get no response to my calls/texts.
