Work Description: Two car concrete driveway
Comments: This company that was on your list I had use a year ago. They prepared a two car driveway. The driveway started to crack in a few months in several places, called Charles Glaze and couldn't get him to come back to take a look. There were three areas of the driveway was uneven and keep puddles of water when it rains.After they left I discovered they had dumped the broken concrete that was removed to attached the new one over the fence without my permission. Cheap and fast is not always the best. I had to ask him to write me out something because he offered no receipt . I want trust their work again.

Work Description: Created form and poured slab for patio on front of home
Comments: The job was poorly done from start to finish. These guys were 30 year veterans in the concrete business but were nearly incompetent. I had to correct them twice when building the form because it was several inches off from one end to the other, with regard to the distance away from the house and unlevel because they were placing the level on top of a board filled with nails, which held the level off the board making impossible to get an accurate reading. They spilled a large amount of concrete on the zoysia grass and instead of cleaning it up, they watered it into the soil, which severely burned the grass and appears to have killed an area about 6ft wide and also made the ground hard like cement. They got cement splatter all over the brick on the front of the house and the lower 2ft of the front door and made a poor attempt at cleaning it off. They left the forms in place for me to remove, which would have been fine except for the fact that when I removed them the next day, it revealed a very poor side with brick filler showing and incomplete filler with gaps and just a very unattractive finish by anyone's standards. But the worst thing about the job was when I put my level on the dried, finished product the next day and realized that they did not give the proper fall away from the home; in fact, the fall was slightly toward the house instead of away from it. I should also add that they placed about a quarter of a wheelbarrow full of left-over cement inside a shrub bed on the side of the house and up against a wooden privacy fence (never asked if it would be okay to dump it on the homeowner's property). I did not intend on spending the entire day on the job site but I realized within the first 45 minutes that I could not leave them unsupervised.Ohatchee AL

He gave me a ten year warranty and said he would come back until i was sattiesfied with the job. Not only would he not come back, but he would not return my calls. Work Description: Poored and finished 12'x12' and 8'x12' room floors in my barn.
Comments: They were really nice and friendly and worked hard. They were there when they said they would be but did a poor job of finishing the concrete surface.
