Comments: The work completed was terrible. I had to let him go. Hired two other contractors to complete the project. All of his work was repaired or removed. Bad Contractor. We agreed on amount of money to be returned and he never return the money he said he would. VERY BAD CONTRACTOR

Comments: They have very good communication skills, and called ahead to confirm the appointment - a plus because I went through the app. I have a few different repairs going on at the same time these days and it can get confusing. He took his time to explain what needed to be done, was professional, clean, answered all my questions, and completed the job in an efficient and timely manner. I would highly recommend George.

Work Description: Roof repair, partial replacement.

Comments: We hired George to repair our leaking roof. He required half of the more than $4k total up front and we paid. We paid the second half the day he finished. Within a month it started leaking. George finally came out to look after a few weeks of ignoring my calls and texts to evaluate his work. He said that he found an area to fix. He said he’d come out the next day, never showed. Then he stopped answering my calls and responding to texts. Some of the things that I wish I would have known about him.
1. He never came to the job with the stuff he needed. He didn’t get flashing so I ran out and got some. He didn’t bring insulation; I ran out to buy it. I didn’t ask him to knock that off the total bill but I definitely should have.
2. Never showed up when he said he would. If George says he’ll be there at 9am, you’ll be lucky to see him by 2pm.
3. he didn’t use the right material. He tried to seal the flashing with a piece of tpo and didn’t use tpo flashing tape. I told him that was going to leak and he needed to use flashing tape. He said he couldn’t find any. I found some the next day and he put it down about a week later. I guess the flashing tape was not the only problem with his work.

If it were possible to give someone 0 stars, I’d do it. I think he’s dishonest. Buyers beware of this guy.

Comments: George is entirely incapable of communication. It has been just shy of 2 months since we paid him. He has come to our house one time and left one guy here to do work, then disappeared for multiple weeks. Calls and texts are ignored until just near the breaking point; then he responds with "my bad man, I'll be there tomorrow." Tomorrow never comes.

George has taken our money and run with it. If he were even slightly capable of communicating any problems, permit issues, or timing conflicts this review wouldn't be necessary. We aren't asking the world, but it seems like an unbelievable task to George.

There is another review on google with an eerily similar story to ours. It seems that George has a bit of a track record with this type of behavior.

Comments: Service was done to my heater found out that wires had to be reconnected also found a leak inside of system technician repair wires and I was told that he would get back with me about a price for the part that was leaking I had to call twice to find out what was going on with the part both times I was told that the park could not be found . I got the part number from the technician and found the part the same day now and I have to hire another technician to install the part. Didn’t like the fact I had to keep on calling when I was told that I will get a call back about the part.

When I called them they told me what time they would be at my house and they honored that by showing up early, then there gave me and reasonable price.. The only reason nothing was done was because I was trying to get you a new light for that room which the lights you wanted to put up was unsafe and I was going to stand still and we get the drink compound in the seams looked horrible I would think that you would want to fix up a rental property that you’re making money off of instead of go to a hair appointment as was stated to me when I arrived at your property

Work Description: Horrible service. The company came out twice and my roof was still leaking. Each time they came ,they charged me. The third time they kept saying they was coming back out to fix the leak but never did. Had to hire another company and they got the job done. Save your money

First of all there cannot be for a horrible service I told you from the beginning that the roof wasn’t a real roof the guy put your roof on which is actually underlayment that is not an actual roof you told me you weren’t trying to pay to get a new roof put on see what I could do with what was up there I told you there’s no guarantee you said OK then you kept calling me back out I never charged you again to come back out and fix it which the previous person laid underlayment on top of the roof on top of a sheet of three-quarter inch plywood that was just set on there next time just pay to get your roof done stop being cheap
