Comments: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN. Poor work quality, subs everything out and takes money and doesnt deliver. I fell for his speel hook line and sinker. His sub ruined my sprinkler system, I had to pay a local man to come and fix it.Put in a drainage pipe, laid 3/4 of yard with sod and I never saw him again. I am 65 year old veteran and trusted this man to do a job. This guy has more excuses than Doans has pills. Want a hear a good one? Hi nickname is" Preacher". DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN.

Comments: Absolute worst person. He will give you a good price, make it sound wonderful and then take your money and never do or complete the job. This man is a snake. He was to clear out property when we signed the contract in feburary. it has been over 15 weeks and the 4 day job is not done. He always has an excuse, asks for more money to get equipment but then that breaks and he never shows. He will rob you of your money and sanity. He is literally a waste of space and no where near an honest man. Do not let him anywhere near your property, he will tell stories of satisfied clients...they are lies. He has a record, has a lot of debt and has nothing to offer you. Do not pay for this man's court bills, use someone else. Tell anyone you know to never do business with Gerry Mobley, he is a down right thief.Aiea HI

Work Description: Tree cut and removal
Comments: Horrible service, never finished the job, kept asking for more money and when I refused he never came back . I gave my deposit and he would say that he needs money to pay for stuff but that equipment never showed, I gave him more money once and he didn't show up for 3 week, then never brought promised equipment to finish job, he asked for more money again, I declined and he hasn't not showed up in 4 weeks to do anything. ignores my calls and emails. Work Description: Concrete slab. Side walk and a Tree removal.
Comments: I pride him for the concrete slab and 200 dollars toward the side walk and the removal of a tree. The job started on Dec 10th. And it is now Jan 15th and all that has gotten done is the concrete slab. Every time I call him about doing the rest of the job he want return my call and if he does he has an excuse for why he didn’t show up. I had given him the benefit of the doubt until the 4th time it happened. I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone at this point. Don’t give him any money before the job is done. He has gotten me out of 200 dollars so far and I probably want ever see that money again. He called me today Jan 15th and asked if I could give him some more money toward removal of the tree and I told him no and he said he was coming to remove the teee and never showed up. Comments: Excellent suggestions and fair price. Great up front consultation. Promised a spectacular outcome, but then fell short on delivering. Contract was not specific enough and I ended up paying more to get what I wanted. Don't pay until the job is completed to your satisfaction.Clayton NC
