Work Description: Hot water repair and Mister system installation

Comments: After being told I needed a new hot water heater by another plumbing firm, I called George's Sons plumbing for a second opinion as the unit was only four years old. I was relieved when they came out and made a quick fix that saved me $ 1,800. I was so impressed with the honesty, I asked them to quote out a mister system for my backyard and saved myself over $ 3,000. I have given George’s Sons phone number to anyone that needs a trustworthy plumber, and anyone that has used them has had a positive experience.

Comments: I received a callback from George's Sons Plumbing LLC. The man said he was very busy but could come the following afternoon. He did not come and did not call. If he had said he couldn't come I would have called another plumber, but it was now the weekend so I had to wait until Monday. Beware of this plumber.
Mrs. Mathie, I apologize for this misunderstanding and inconvenience. We did attempt to call you on the morning that we had you scheduled. Our call records indicate our attempt to reach you at 10:13 am. When we attempted to call you, the phone number we have just rang 15 to 20 times but never went to a Voicemail. We were unable to leave you a message because of this. It just continued to ring. Our company policy is that we need to confirm prior to dispatching a technician, that someone will be at the home when he arrives.
