Comments: I recently had a very disappointing experience with Generation Air Conditioning and Heating, LLC. Despite being charged almost $1,000 for a service that included a check-up and adding refrigerant, my heating issue was not resolved. When I called to address the ongoing problem, I was told I would need to pay an additional $142 for another diagnosis, despite having already paid a diagnostic fee. This business appears more interested in overcharging customers than providing quality service. I would caution others to look elsewhere for their HVAC needs.

Comments: John was great! He came in was able to quickly diagnose the situation. Parts were ordered and he personally pick them up to expedite the repair since my wife has serious asthma. Was there the next day got the system back up and running quickly and efficiently! He is very knowledgeable, very personable, and I would highly recommend him and his company to anyone!-
